Your benchmarking account, Powered by Beacon, will allow you to automate the benchmarking process, setup an Energy Star Portfolio Manager Account, and keep track of your benchmarking compliance status for just $95/month per building.

Beacon will manage and monitor the building benchmarking and compliance status of your buildings. All data will be synced with your Energy Star Portfolio Manager account and all reporting will be submitted to the required cities, counties, and states.
