Create Your Building Benchmarking Account

Your benchmarking account, Powered by Beacon, will allow you to automate the benchmarking process, automatically setup an Energy Star Portfolio Manager Account, and keep track of your benchmarking compliance status.

Once your building benchmarking account is complete, Beacon will manage and monitor the compliance status of your buildings. Beacon will make sure everything is synced with your Energy Star Portfolio Manager account and all reporting will be submitted to the cities and states, as required.
